Why should I use Shiperman?
Prices. We offer the best prices for shipping from our depots in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary, because we ship large volumes with the major couriers. Shiperman is easy to use with our plugin: installation takes up to 5 minutes and label printing is automated.
Do you require a minimum number of shipments?
No, you can send as little as 1 shipment. Our prices are from our depots to the end recipient. Getting your shipments to our depots is at your own expense, so the more you send together, the cheaper each one gets.
Do you offer tracking?
All shipments are tracked as standard. The easiest way to track them is via 17track.net
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the country. EU shipments take 3 to 12 days on average, depending on the destination.
Who makes the actual deliveries?
We use local courier companies for the last mile in each country, such as PostNL, Hermes, Colissimo, FedEx, Fan Courier, Econt, DPD, Packeta, InPost, Royal Mail, CTT Express, Correos and Nova Poshta.
Do you offer insurance?
All shipments are covered for free up to €50, or up to their declared value if that is higher.
